RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return and fill refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require that you include a note with the following information:

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 - 10 business days. If for some reason your return arrives in unacceptable condition, we will notify you by email that your return was rejected.
If you haven't received a refund yet, please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your credit card statement or in your bank account. This can be up to 5-7 business days. If you still have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us directly at support@allurecartoutlet.com. We are here to help ensure a prompt and courteous refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@allurecartoutlet.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
